蛙不同放养密度对稻蛙综合种养蛙生长性能和稻产量的影响

The Effects of Varying Stocking Densities of Frogs on Frog Growth Performance and Rice Yield in Integrated Rice-Frog Farming System

摘要 研究稻蛙综合种养模式下,不同黑斑蛙放养密度对其生长性能及水稻产量的影响。通过田间试验,设置低(225000只/hm^(2))、中(450000只/hm^(2))、高(900000只/hm^(2))3个密度梯度,并以水稻单作模式作为对照,系统评估了黑斑蛙的末均重、产量、增重率、特定生长率、饵料系数及稻谷产量。结果表明:放养密度对黑斑蛙的生长性能及水稻产量均具有显著影响。随着放养密度的增加,黑斑蛙的成活率显著下降,中、低密度组末均重显著高于高密度组(P<0.05)。在整个养殖过程中,增重率和特定生长率随密度上升而降低,饵料系数则显著升高。水稻产量方面,中密度放养组的稻谷产量最高,且所有稻蛙共作处理组均高于水稻单作对照。综合各项指标,确定中密度(450000只/hm^(2))为稻蛙综合种养模式中较为适宜的放养密度。该密度下,黑斑蛙的收获规格可达45.00 g/只以上,符合商品蛙上市要求,蛙产量超过15000.00 kg/hm^(2),稻谷产量保持在7500 kg/hm^(2)以上,体现了良好的生态与经济效益。 The effects of different stocking densities of black-spotted frogs(Pelophylax nigromaculata)on their growth performance and rice yield in an integrated rice-frog farming system were investigated.A field experiment was conducted with three stocking density gradients:low(225000 individuals/hm^(2)),medium(450000 individuals/hm^(2)),and high(900000 individuals/hm^(2)),using rice monoculture as a control.Key indicators,including final mean weight,yield,weight gain rate,specific growth rate,feed conversion ratio(FCR)of the frogs,and rice grain yield,were systematically evaluated.The results demonstrated that stocking density significantly influenced both frog growth performance and rice yield.As stocking density increased,the survival rate of frogs significantly decreased.The final mean weight was highest in the low-density and medium-density groups,showing a significant difference compared with the high-density group(P<0.05).Throughout the farming period,weight gain rate and specific growth rate declined with increasing density,while FCR significantly increased.Regarding rice yield,the medium-density group achieved the highest grain production,and all rice-frog coculture treatments outperformed the rice monoculture control.Based on all indexes,the medium stocking density(450000 individuals/hm^(2))was considered the most suitable for integrated rice-frog farming.At this density,Pelophylax nigromaculatus reached a harvest size of over 45.00 g/individual,meeting market requirements for commercial frogs,with frog yield exceeding 15000.00 kg/hm^(2)and rice yield maintained above 7500 kg/hm^(2),demonstrating favorable ecological and economic benefits.
