深水裸岩钻孔灌注桩成套施工技术及稳定性控制

摘要 以工程实例为依托,针对钢栈桥及钢平台施工进度慢,钢管桩难以在高抗压强度裸露岩层形成有效嵌固以及深水钻孔灌注桩施工中钢护筒渗流、桩底混凝土离析率高等问题,提出船载冲孔机引孔、泥浆防渗调控、抽浆法高效清孔、压力平衡灌注施工技术体系,有效解决裸岩地层钻孔灌注桩施工难题,对类似工程的施工有较强参考价值。 Based on engineering examples,proposes a technical system of ship-borne punching machine hole-guiding,mud seepage control,efficient hole cleaning by slurry extraction,and pressure-balanced pouring construction,aiming at the slow progress of steel trestle and steel platform construction,the difficulty of steel pipe piles to be effectively embedded in high-compressive strength exposed rock formations,and the high segregation rate of concrete at the bottom of piles in deep-water bored pile construction.This system effectively solves the construction difficulties of bored piles in bare rock formations and has a strong reference value for the construction of similar projects.
