深水裸岩基坑开挖施工技术优化设计与实践效益分析

摘要 某新建铁路工程项目主墩基础施工面临深水、裸岩、高水头差(近30m)及紧邻既有高速公路等严峻挑战。经研究分析,需采用非爆破开挖施工工艺,该工艺存在效率低、成本高、风险大等诸多技术难题。本文以该工程为背景,系统研究深水裸岩工况下的施工一体化设计方案。 The foundation construction of the main pier for a newly built railway project faces severe challenges including deep water,exposed bedrock,a significant water head difference(nearly 30m),and proximity to an existing expressway.Research analysis indicates the necessity of adopting non-explosive excavation techniques,which present numerous technical difficulties such as low efficiency,high costs,and significant risks.Against the backdrop of this project,this paper systematically investigates an integrated construction design solution for deep water and exposed bedrock conditions.
