摘要
为建立可靠高效的梨种质资源抗寒性评价方法,鉴定梨种质资源抗寒性,筛选高抗寒种质,以112份梨种质资源一年生枝条为试材,采用差热分析(DTA)系统测定枝条组织低温放热(LTE)温度,建立温度-伤害度回归方程(LT-I),利用LTE相关指标分析112份梨种质资源抗寒性,并综合隶属函数分析和聚类分析进行抗寒性评价及筛选。结果表明:1)112份梨种质资源枝条的LTE指标显著相关且差异明显,砧木和秋子梨的起始结冰平均温度和终止结冰平均温度最低,西洋梨最高。2)不同类型梨种质枝条关键伤害度(LT20、LT50、LT100)的温度范围存在差异,砧木和秋子梨3个关键伤害度的温度范围均明显低于西洋梨。3)利用隶属函数和聚类分析将梨种质资源划分为5类,其中,极抗寒种质2份,高抗寒种质17份,中抗寒种质19份,低抗寒种质46份,低温敏感种质28份;筛选出‘河北杜梨’‘寒香’‘南果梨’‘小花盖’‘寒露’‘寒酥’‘早酥’为梨抗寒优异种质。综上,本研究可为梨抗寒育种及抗寒机制解析提供技术支撑和理论依据。
The study was to establish a reliable and efficient method for evaluating cold hardiness of pear germplasm resources,identify the cold hardiness of pear germplasm resources,and screen highly cold-hardy germplasm.In this study,112 annual branches of pear germplasm resources were used as test materials.The low-temperature exothermic(LTE)temperatures of the branch tissues were determined using differential thermal analysis(DTA)system and the temperature-injury regression equations(LT-I),established.The cold resistance of the 112 pear germplasm resources was analyzed using the LTE indexes,and comprehensive cold hardiness evaluation and screening were conductedthrough comprehensive membership function analysis andcluster analysis.The results showed that:1)The LTE indicators of branches from 112 pear germplasm resources were significantly correlated and showed obvious differences.The average initial freezing temperature and average final freezing temperature of rootstocks and P.ussuriensis were the lowest,while those of P.communis were the highest.2)There were differences in the temperature ranges of key injury degrees(LT20,LT50,LT100)among different types of pear germplasm branches,and the temperature ranges where the three key injury degrees occurred in rootstocks and P.ussuriensis were significantly lower than those in P.communis.3)Cluster analysis based on membership functions categorized the germplasm into five groups,including 2 extremely coldhardy gerplasm resources,17 highly cold-hardy gerplasm resources,19 moderately cold-hardy gerplasm resources,46 low cold-hardy gerplasm resources,and 28 cold-sensitive gerplasm.Additionally,P.betulifolia(Hebei),‘Hanxiang’,‘Nanguo’,‘Xiaohuagai’,‘Hanlu’,‘Hansu’,and‘Zaosu’were screened as superior cold-resistant pear germplasms.In conclusion,this study provided technical support and theoretical basis for cold-hardy pear breeding and cold resistance mechanism analysis.
