摘要
为探究如何进一步发展农牧结合,基于多案例分析法,探究我国农牧结合模式、运行机制及推广策略。农牧结合具体包括“养殖场户内循环”、“养殖场户+种植户”、“养殖场户+合作社+种植户”、“养殖场户+社会化服务组织+种植户”等模式。这些模式也需要分别匹配不同的推广条件,且均需要相应的技术或政策支持。农牧结合的主要发展模式应当为“养殖场户+社会化服务组织+种植户”、“养殖场户内循环”等模式,农牧结合的次要发展模式应当为“养殖场户+合作社+种植户”、“养殖场户+种植户”等模式。基于研究结论提出积极推动合作社发展、完善对有机肥厂补贴机制、强化社会化服务体系建设等政策建议。
To explore how to further develop the integrated farming and animal husbandry model,based on a multi-case analysis approach,this study investigates the models,operational mechanisms,and promotion strategies of integrated farming and animal husbandry in China.The integrated farming and animal husbandry models specifically include the“internal circulation of breeding farm households”,“breeding farm households+planting households”,“breeding farm households+cooperatives+planting households”,“breeding farm households+social service organizations+planting households”,and others.These models also need to respectively match different promotion conditions and all require corresponding technical or policy support.The main development models of integrated animal husbandry and agriculture are“internal circulation of breeding farm households”,“breeding farm households+social service organizations+planting households”,etc.The secondary development models of integrated animal husbandry and agriculture are“breeding farm households+planting households”,“breeding farm households+cooperatives+planting households”,etc.Based on the findings above,policy suggestions include actively promoting the development of cooperatives,improving the subsidy mechanism for organic fertilizer plants,and strengthening the construction of social service systems are put forward in this study.
