摘要
针对汽车电子稳定控制系统(Electronic Stability Program,ESC)电磁阀阀芯组件传统装配存在的问题,即易受加工误差、磨损影响,且在复杂环境下测量精度易受干扰,开展高精度柔性装配的机器视觉定位方法研究。科学选型高分辨率相机等硬件构建系统,采用“明场照明+漫射板”方案抑制金属反光;设计基于Canny算子与霍夫变换的多特征融合提取流程,获取阀芯外圆与键槽轮廓;结合灰度平方加权质心法实现亚像素边缘精确定位,经相机标定转换坐标,输出完整位姿信息。实验结果表明,该方法重复定位精度为±0.015 mm,装配成功率超98%,不同工况下性能稳定,优于传统方法,满足精密装配要求。
In response to the problems of traditional assembly of solenoid valve core components in Electronic Stability Program(ESC)for automobiles,such as susceptibility to machining errors and wear,and interference with measurement accuracy in complex environments,this study conducts research on machine vision positioning methods for high-precision flexible assembly.The system is constructed with high-resolution cameras and other hardware.A"bright-field illumination+diffuse plate"scheme is adopted to suppress the reflection of metals.A multi-feature fusion extraction process based on Canny operator and Hough transform is designed to obtain the outer circle of the spool and the contour of the keyway.Combining the gray squared weighted centroid method to achieve precise sub-pixel edge localization,the coordinates are calibrated and converted by the camera to output complete pose information.The experimental results show that this method achieves a repeat positioning accuracy of within±0.015 mm,with an assembly success rate of over 98%.It is stable under different working conditions and superior to traditional methods,meeting the requirements of precision assembly.
