实现连续精准切断的多列包装机机械结构与控制系统设计

Design of Mechanical Structure and Control System for Multi-Lane Packaging Machines Achieving Continuous Precise Cutting

摘要 针对传统多列包装机在连续精准切断方面存在的精度不足、效率低下等问题,提出了一种基于智能控制的新型多列包装机系统解决方案。采用高精度伺服电机驱动、机器视觉定位和自适应模糊PID(比例-积分-微分)控制算法,实现了包装材料的连续精准切断。研究结果表明,该系统可将切断精度控制在±0.1 mm以内,生产效率提升30%以上,废品率降低至0.5%以下。 Based on the problems such as insufficient precision and low efficiency in traditional multi-lane packaging machines in terms of continuous precise cutting,a new multilane packaging machine system solution based on intelligent control is proposed.By using high-precision servo motor drive,machine vision positioning and adaptive fuzzy PID(proportionintegral-differential)control algorithm,the continuous precise cutting of packaging materials is realized.The research results show that the system can control the cutting precision within±0.1 mm,increase the production efficiency by more than 30%,and reduce the rejection rate to less than 0.5%.
