汽车后桥同步驱动电机差速转向自动控制技术

摘要 基于后桥双电机独立驱动条件,研究差速转向自动控制技术。阐述同步驱动电机差速转向的控制原理,介绍电机动态协调算法、转向精度实时补偿及系统健壮性设计的实现流程,并结合试验平台进行性能验证。研究结果表明,该控制方法在转向响应时间、转向角误差和能效指标方面均优于传统机械差速结构,能够有效提升车辆在复杂工况下的操纵稳定性与控制精度。 Based on the independent driving condition of dual motors on the rear axle,a systematic study was conducted on the automatic control technology of differential steering.The article elaborates on the control principle of synchronous drive motor differential steering,introduces the dynamic coordination algorithm of the motor,real-time compensation of steering accuracy,and the implementation process of system robustness design,and verifies the performance with the experimental platform.The research results show that this control method is superior to traditional mechanical differential structures in terms of steering response time,steering angle error,and energy efficiency indicators,and can effectively improve the handling stability and control accuracy of vehicles under complex working conditions.
