循环流化床锅炉脱硫技术与改造分析

摘要 循环流化床锅炉可精准处理烟气,实现高质量工业生产。受外部操作环境或内部人员技术操作状态影响,循环流化床锅炉脱硫操作极易出现质量问题,严重影响锅炉脱硫效果。以某循环流化床锅炉脱硫操作为例,先指出当前锅炉脱硫存在的实际问题,再通过专业研究进行技术改造,包含挑选改造设备、改造循环氧化装置、改造吸收塔、修复喷淋层、改造烟气系统等,随后全面展示锅炉脱硫改造效果,将性能较佳的脱硫装置运用到循环流化床锅炉,提高烟气处理效率。 Circulating fluidized bed boilers enable precise flue gas treatment for high-quality industrial production.However,desulfurization operations in circulating fluidized bed boilers are prone to quality issues due to external environmental factors or operator skill limitations,which significantly compromise desulfurization efficiency.Taking the desulfurization operation of a certain circulating fluidized bed boiler as an example,this paper first points out the actual problems existing in the current boiler desulfurization,and then conducts technical upgrades through professional research.The solutions include equipment selection,oxidation system modification,absorber tower optimization,spray layer rehabilitation,and flue gas system upgrades.This paper then comprehensively shows the effect of boiler desulfurization transformation,successfully integrating advanced desulfurization technologies into circulating fluidized bed systems to enhance flue gas treatment efficiency.
