摘要
绿色节能技术在既有建筑改造中的应用,不仅能更充分地挖掘和发挥这些建筑的经济价值,还能有力地推动节能低碳社会的构建进程。本文以北京某5A级办公建筑为例,探讨了建筑节能降碳改造的具体方案,对建筑物进行了全年的能耗监测。针对设备老化等问题导致的各类机电设备能效有所下降,能耗较高。本文分析建筑能耗,总结项目的围护结构、灯具和空调系统节能降碳改造方向,改造后的建筑减排率为7.16%。
The application of green energy-saving technologies in retrofitting existing buildings not only maximizes their economic value but also significantly advances the development of an energy-efficient,low-carbon society.Taking a 5A-grade office building in Beijing as a case study,this paper explores specific energy-saving and carbon-reduction retrofitting solutions.Year-round energy consumption monitoring revealed high energy usage due to declining efficiency of various mechanical and electrical equipment caused by aging systems.The analysis identifies energy consumption patterns and proposes retrofitting directions for the building envelope,lighting,and HVAC systems.Post-retrofit,the building achieved 7.16%reduction in emissions.
