煎药一体打包机在使用过程中常出现上盖漏气、挤压装置故障、安全阀失效、压力显示异常、进水系统故障、加热系统故障、电磁阀和管路故障、包装系统中的计量故障和连袋故障等,影响中药煎煮效率和药液质量的稳定性。基于此,详细阐述各类故障的具体表现、产生原因及维修对策,为提高煎药一体打包机运行稳定性、延长其使用寿命提供技术支撑。
During the operation of the integrated decoction and packaging machine,problems such as air leakage from the upper cover,malfunction of the squeezing device,failure of the safety valve,abnormal pressure display,malfunction of the water inlet system,malfunction of the heating system,malfunction of the solenoid valve and pipeline,metering failure and bag connection failure in the packaging system often occur,which affect the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and the stability of the quality of the medicinal liquid.Based on this,the specific manifestations,causes and maintenance countermeasures of various faults are elaborated in detail,providing technical support for improving the operational stability of the integrated decoction and packaging machine and extending its service life.
