摘要
针对山西焦煤集团官地煤矿所用的皮带机防跑偏托辊滚皮及防偏嘴易出现严重磨损,存在托辊使用寿命短的问题,对此,为延长皮带机防跑偏托辊使用寿命,基于山西焦煤集团官地煤矿皮带机防跑偏托辊的结构及应用情况,重点对防跑偏托辊的主体轴结构,滚皮结构以及防偏嘴内部结构进行了改造,并进行了实践应用,分析了改造应用效果。经实际应用验证:改造后的防跑偏托辊,能有效防治皮带机皮带跑偏问题,防跑偏托辊的滚皮及防偏嘴磨损减轻,托辊使用寿命可提升20个月以上,降低了皮带机应用成本,提高了运行的安全性,达到了较好的经济效益与安全效益。该研究可为类似工况下皮带机防跑偏托辊的改造提供参考。
The anti-deviation rollers and anti-deviation jaws of belt conveyors used at Guandi Coal Mine,Shanxi Coking Coal Group,frequently suffer severe wear,resulting in shortened idler service life.To extend the service life of these anti-drift idlers,modifications were made to the main shaft structure,roller structure,and internal structure of the anti-drift nose based on the design and operational conditions of the idlers at Guandi Coal Mine.Practical application and analysis of the modification results confirmed that:The modified anti-drift rollers effectively prevent belt drifting issues.Wear on the roller skin and anti-drift nozzle is reduced,extending the roller service life by over 20 months.This lowers conveyor operating costs,enhances operational safety,and achieves significant economic and safety benefits.This research provides a reference for modifying anti-drift rollers in similar conveyor applications.
