摘要
小型水库大坝安全鉴定是保证大坝安全有序运行的重要措施,除险加固是更满足灌区农田灌溉,保障当地社会经济发展的需要。以蕉岭县新铺镇矮岭三口水库除险加固工程为研究背景,针对水库大坝存在的防洪能力不足及其建筑物存在的安全隐患等问题进行安全质量评估及除险加固对策研究,通过相关质量标准判定矮岭三口水库工程质量评价为“基本合格”,针对水库目前主要存在问题对大坝、溢洪道及输水涵分别进行加固设计。研究表明,本次除险加固安全达标后,能解决水库的安全隐患,使农业灌溉得到有效保障。
The safety assessment of small reservoir dams is an important measure to ensure the safe and orderly operation of the dams.Risk elimination and reinforcement are more suitable for irrigation of farmland in irrigation areas and to ensure the needs of local socio-economic development.Taking the reinforcement project of Ailing Sankou Reservoir in Xinpu Town,Jiaoling County as the research background,this article conducts a safety and quality assessment and reinforcement measures research on the insufficient flood control capacity of the reservoir dam and the safety hazards of its buildings.According to relevant quality standards,the quality evaluation of the Ailing Sankou Reservoir project is judged as"basically qualified".It is necessary to carry out reinforcement design for the dam,spillway,and water conveyance culvert based on the main problems currently existing in the reservoir.Research has shown that after meeting safety standards through risk elimination and reinforcement,the safety hazards of the reservoir can be solved,effectively ensuring agricultural irrigation.
