摘要
随着水利灌溉工程的快速建设发展,许多老旧灌区渠系建筑设备老化,管理方式落后。以青龙灌区渠系建筑整治为研究背景,基于渠系建筑出现的运行渗漏、管理养护机制不健全,信息化管理落后等问题。提出了对灌区进行渠道防渗加固改造,渠系建筑进行重建,提出基于信息化的灌区管理养护机制。
With the rapid development of water conservancy and irrigation projects,many old irrigation area canal system buildings and equipment are aging,and management methods are outdated.Taking the renovation of canal system buildings in Qinglong Irrigation District as the research background,based on the problems of operational leakage,inadequate management and maintenance mechanisms,and outdated information management of canal system buildings,this paper proposes to carry out canal anti-seepage reinforcement and renovation,rebuild canal system buildings,and propose an information-based irrigation system management and maintenance mechanism.
