邢台市青山水库兴利调节探析

Analysis of the benefit-boosting regulation of Qingshan Reservoir in Xingtai City

摘要 以青山水库为研究对象,通过长系列时历法系统分析天然入库径流演变规律及水库下游的用水规律,综合优选水库兴利调节方案。结果表明:青山水库入库水量包括本流域自产及从野沟门水库调入水量,多年平均入库总水量2 817万m^(3),50%保证率入库总水量1 155万m^(3)。青山水库多年平均水面蒸发为1 200 mm,多年平均陆面蒸发为450 mm,则多年平均蒸发损失为750 mm,渗漏损失按年蓄水库容的6.0%计算。根据径流分析成果,基本生态水量为218万m^(3)/a;全年可供百泉复涌工程水量1 000万m^(3)。 With global warming,extreme meteorological disasters such as floods and droughts occur frequently,seriously threatening the lives and property of the people.As an important project for regulating climate and promoting benefits and eliminating pests,how to scientifically determine the indicators for promoting benefits and regulating the reservoir is of great practical significance for flood control and drought relief,improving the utilization rate of water resources,and improving the water resource allocation pattern in the basin.This paper takes Qingshan Reservoir as the research object.Through the longterm calendar system,it systematically analyzes the evolution law of natural inflow runoff and the water usage law downstream of the reservoir,etc.,and comprehensively optimizes the beneficial regulation of the reservoir.The research results are as follows:(1)The inflow volume of Qingshan Reservoir includes the self-produced volume of the basin and the inflow volume transferred from Yegoumen Reservoir.The average total inflow volume over many years is 28.17 million m^(3),and the total inflow volume with a 50%guarantee rate is 11.55 million m^(3).(2)The average water surface evaporation of Qingshan Reservoir over many years is 1200 mm,and the average land surface evaporation over many years is 450mm.Therefore,the average evaporation loss depth over many years is 750 mm,and the leakage loss is calculated at 6.0%of the annual water storage capacity.(3)According to the results of runoff analysis,the basic ecological water volume is 2.18 million m^(3) per year.The annual water supply for the Baiquan Re-Gushing Project is 10 million m^(3).
