摘要
以碳纤维复合材料为案例教学对象,通过将前端聚合制备短切碳纤维增强聚合物基复合材料的科研成果融入《聚合物基复合材料》课程教学中,对碳纤维复合材料的结构、性能和成型工艺等方面进行介绍。通过教师引导案例分析、知识点讲解、学生与老师及学生与案例之间互动等多种形式,将产业需求和学科前沿研究融入课程当中,引导学生将复合材料的结构、基体、增强体、界面调控及成型工艺等相关内容串联形成体系,加强学生对聚合物基复合材料核心概念的理解,培养学生分析与解决实际问题的能力。该方案能够有效激发学生的学习兴趣,提升课堂参与度,锻炼学生的逻辑思维和自主学习能力,提高科研素养和工程实践能力。
Taking carbon fiber composite materials as the case-based teaching object,by integrating the scientific researches of the frontal polymerization fabricating short-cut carbon fiber reinforced gel into the Polymer Matrix Composite course teaching,the structure,performance and forming process of carbon fiber reinforced composites were introduced.Through teacher-guided case analysis,knowledge points explanation,and multiple interactions between students,teachers and cases,industrial demands and frontier researches were integrated into course teaching,guiding students to integrate the relevant contents such as the structure,matrix,reinforcement,interface regulation and moulding techniques of composite materials into a coherent system,enhancing students′understanding about the core concepts of polymer matrix composites,and training their ability to analyze and solve practical problems.This approach would effectively motivate students′learning interests,enhancing students′participation,training students′logical thinking and autonomous learning abilities,improving students′scientific research quality and engineering practice ability.
