液质联用与气质联用测定物品表面增塑剂的对比实验研究

摘要 对比研究了液质联用法和气质联用法检测邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)增塑剂的性能差异,发现气质联用法对PAEs具有更好的分离能力和检出能力。基于气质联用法建立了物品表面14种PAEs的分析方法,方法在0.05~10μg/g范围内具有良好的线性,回收率可达90.3%~104.9%,相对标准偏差在5.0%~9.6%,定量限在0.1~6.0 ng/g,能够实现PAEs的痕量分析。通过实际样品分析,发现鼠标表面有5种PAEs高频检出,PAEs的总浓度在147.7~775.6 ng/g。该实验简单高效,可扩展应用到食品、皮肤以及多类物品表面增塑剂的测定,实验设计贴近工作生活,有利于激发学生的科研兴趣,同时实验涵盖多个知识点,有利于培养学生的科研技能和探索能力。 The performance differences of LC-MS and GC-MS in the detection of phthalate esters(PAEs)were compared,and it was found that GC-MS had better separation and detection ability for PAEs.Based on GC-MS,an analytical method for 14 kinds of PAEs on the surface of supplies was established.The method had good linearity in the range of 0.05 to 10μg/g.The recoveries of PAEs reached 90.3%to 104.9%with relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 5.0%to 9.6%,and the limit of quantification was between 0.1 and 6.0 ng/g.Thus,the trace analysis of PAEs can be achieved.After the analysis of actual samples,it was found that five kinds of PAEs were detected at high frequency on mouse surfaces,and the total concentrations of PAEs were between 147.7 and 775.6 ng/g.The experiment was simple and efficient,and can be extended to the determination of plasticizers on the surfaces of food,skin and various supplies.The experimental design was closely linked to practical work and daily life.Students can bring their own mouses and other supplies for testing,which was conducive to stimulating their interest in scientific research.At the same time,the experiment covered multiple areas of knowledge,which was conducive to cultivating students′scientific research skills and exploratory ability.
