摘要
在世界能源危机和环境治理的压力之下,化工行业是高能耗、高排放的产业,推进绿色转型刻不容缓。本文以绿色化工工艺与节能减排的协同发展为主线,采用文献研究法、案例分析法、对比分析法,从原理与应用角度整理新型催化剂、先进分离、能量集成三大节能减排关键技术,选取大型化工园区和精细化工企业真实案例,考察技术应用的节能(15%~35%)、减排(30%~50%)、经济性。通过分析发现目前技术应用存在成本高、适配性差、人才少等问题,所以从政策补贴、技术协同研发、复合型人才培养三方面给出建议。研究成果能给化工企业节能减排操作给予参照,有益于行业达成“双碳”目标和持续发展。
Under the pressure of the global energy crisis and environmental governance,the chemical industry is a high-energy-consumption and high-emission sector,making it urgent to promote green transformation.Focused on the collaborative development of green chemical processes and energy conservation and emissions reduction,employing literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis methods,three key technologies for energy savings and emission reductions,novel catalysts,advanced separation techniques,and energy integration,from the perspectives of principles and applications were organized.Real cases from large-scale chemical parks and fine chemicals enterprises were selected to examine the technology application′s energy savings(15%to 35%),emission reductions(30%to 50%),and economic viability.Through analysis,it was found that current technology applications faced issues such as high costs,poor adaptability,and a lack of talent.Therefore,suggestions were provided from three aspects:policy subsidies,collaborative research and development in technology,and the cultivation of versatile talents.The research findings can provide references for energy-saving and emission-reduction operations in chemical enterprises,contributing to the industry achieving the"Dual Carbon"goals and sustainable development.
