摘要
市政污泥的干化是通过蒸汽加热的方式将污泥中的大量水份蒸发脱离污泥实现脱水干化。蒸发出来的水蒸气与污泥中可挥发臭气及来自环境的空气混合,在尾气引风机的作用下离开干化机,这部分就是所谓的干化尾气。干化尾气在排入自然环境前需要进行除臭处理。为了适应后续除臭系统的工艺需求,需要对干化机尾气进行降温除湿处理,实现可凝气与不凝气分离,降低尾气的温度,减少尾气的量。这个过程需要用到的关键设备为尾气冷凝器,通常采用管壳式换热器作为尾气冷凝器。以新乡市某污泥干化项目的尾气冷凝器的选型计算过程及实际应用效果为例,对类似案例的选型提供参考。
The drying of municipal sludge is achieved by evaporation of a large amount of water from the sludge through steam heating.The evaporated water vapor mixes with volatile odorous gases from the sludge and ambient air,and is expelled from the dryer under the action of an exhaust fan,forming what is known as drying exhaust gas.Before being released into the environment,this exhaust gas requires deodorization treatment.To meet the process requirements of subsequent deodorization systems,the exhaust gas from the dryer must undergo cooling and dehumidification to separate condensable and non-condensable gases,reduce its temperature,and minimize its volume.The key equipment for this process is the exhaust gas condenser,typically a shell-and-tube heat exchanger.The calculation process and practical application effect of exhaust condenser selection in a sludge drying project in Xinxiang City were taken as an example to provide reference for similar cases of exhaust condenser selection.
