乙炔加氢反应器运行影响因素浅析

摘要 某石化100万t/a乙烯裂解装置采用前脱丙烷前加氢工艺,乙炔加氢反应器为三台串联的反应器R-01A/B/C。通过分析该乙烯裂解装置在正常运行中裂解气中CO组分受裂解炉投料操作、裂解原料中氧含量超标等因素对乙炔加氢反应器R-01A/B/C运行的影响,针对本套100万t/a乙烯裂解装置所选用的乙炔加氢催化剂提出:乙炔加氢反应器在裂解炉投料前由岗位操作人员对乙炔加氢反应器预调整、合理分配反应器各床层转化率、对反应器出口裂解气进行定期排绿油等操作优化措施,保障乙烯产品中乙炔指标合格的同时延长乙炔加氢反应器的运行周期,为同类型乙烯裂解装置的乙炔加氢反应器生产运行提供调整方向。 The 1 million t/a ethylene cracking unit of a certain petrochemical company adopted a pre depropanization and pre hydrogenation process,and the acetylene hydrogenation reactor was a series of three reactors R-01A/B/C.By analyzing the impact of factors such as the feeding operation of the cracking furnace and the excessive oxygen content in the cracking raw materials on the operation of the acetylene hydrogenation reactor R-01A/B/C in the cracking gas of the ethylene cracking unit during normal operation,it was proposed that the acetylene hydrogenation catalyst selected for this 1 million t/a ethylene cracking unit should be pre adjusted by the post operator,the conversion rate of each bed layer of the reactor should be reasonably distributed,and the cracking gas at the outlet of the reactor should be regularly discharged with green oil to ensure that the acetylene index in the ethylene product was qualified while extending the operating cycle of the acetylene hydrogenation reactor.This was an optimization measure for the acetylene hydrogenation reactor of the same type of ethylene cracking unit,Providing adjustment direction for production operation.
