摘要
为减少碳三汽提塔中的甲醇含量,使得裂解炉原料循环丙烷中携带丙烯,大幅加速了气相裂解炉炉管的结焦趋势,造成内壁过厚的焦层在裂解炉降温时涨裂炉管,缩短了运行周期。通过改变丙烷原料预热流程,使气相裂解炉仅裂解循环乙烷,而丙烷原料进入轻烃液相炉裂解,同时增加气相裂解炉第一通道稀释比,减少偏流的影响,从而保证了气相裂解炉的运行周期。实践证明,气相裂解炉在运行44 d后,文丘里后压力仅缓慢上涨,均在0.20 MPa。
In order to reduce the methanol content in C_3 stripping tower,the coking tendency in furnace tubes of gas cracking furnace is greatly accelerated by the propylene entrained in recycle propane,and the operating cycle of cracking furnace is shortened due to the expansion crack of furnace tube caused by the thickened coke layer on inner wall during cooling. By changing the preheating process of propane feedstock,only recycle ethane is cracked in the gas cracking furnace,and propane feedstock enters the light hydrocarbon liquid cracking furnace. Meanwhile, the dilution ratio of the first channel of gas cracking furnace is increased to reduce the influence of bias current,thus ensuring the operating cycle of gas cracking furnace. Practices prove that after 44 days of operation,the pressure of Venturi tubes is increased slowly and maintained at about 0.20 MPa.
