转子毛坯铸造成型工艺及数值模拟

摘要 针对ZL112铝合金转子进行了设计,将传统的2通道变为3通道,设计及制造了一模5件的模具,制定了铸造成型工艺路线,并利用AnyCasting软件对其充型顺序与凝固顺序进行了数值模拟与仿真,最后对压铸出来的转子成品进行了金相显微组织观察。数值模拟结果显示转子铸件内部产生缩孔、缩松的位置及大小与实际生产吻合较好,出现在不影响产品性能中间的厚大部位,有利于控制产品质量及提高作为点火系统用转子的可靠性。 The ZL112 aluminum alloy rotor was designed.The traditional two-channel structure was modified to a three-channel configuration.Five prototype molds were designed and fabricated.A casting process route was formulated,and the filling sequence and solidification behavior of the alloy were numerically simulated using AnyCasting software.Finally,the metallographic microstructure of the finished rotor was observed.The numerical simulation results indicated that the location and size of shrinkage cavities and porosity inside the rotor casting were in good agreement with the actual production results,which appeared in the thick-walled regions that did not affect product performance.This finding was beneficial for controlling product quality and improving the reliability of the rotor when used in an ignition system.
