某磷化工企业废水改造工程实践

Practical Experience of Wastewater Treatment Project in A Phosphorus Chemical Enterprise

摘要 随着我国磷化工行业的不断发展,对磷化工行业的绿色发展要求越来越高,特别是最新的排放标准出台后,对排放指标要求越来越严,针对之前的老磷化工企业,产生一批改造需求,老厂旧改也带来新的技术难题;以某磷化工企业废水改造为例,针对生产车间工艺废水与其他废水分流后氨氮和氟离子存在超标风险,结合项目本身的特点,除氨氮采用折点加氯工艺,除氟采用投加铝铁复合无机除氟剂工艺,并通过小试试验验证工艺可行性,实际调试运行数据表明,铝铁复合无机除氟剂能有效去除氟离子,使出水氟离子浓度稳定小于10 mg/L,氟离子去除率能达到77%以上,出水氨氮浓度稳定小于10 mg/L,氨氮去除率达到99%以上,出水氟离子和氨氮能稳定达标排放;实际工程设计中,工艺选择应当立足项目实际需求,综合考虑技术可行性、经济合理性和工程适用性,确保所选工艺方案与项目特点高度契合。 With the continuous development of China’s phosphorus chemical industry,the requirements for its green development are getting higher and higher.Especially after the latest emission standards were issued,the requirements for emission indicators have become increasingly strict.This has led to a batch of renovation demands for the old phosphorus chemical enterprises,and the old plant renovations have also brought new technical challenges.Taking the wastewater renovation of a certain phosphorus chemical enterprise as an example,in view of the risk of ammonia nitrogen and fluoride ions exceeding the standard after the process wastewater from the production workshop was separated from other wastewater,combined with the characteristics of the project itself,the breakpoint chlorination process was adopted to remove ammonia nitrogen,and the aluminum-iron composite inorganic fluoride removal agent was added to remove fluoride.The feasibility of the process was verified through small-scale tests.The actual commissioning and operation data showed that the aluminum-iron composite inorganic fluoride removal agent can effectively remove fluoride ions,keeping the fluoride ion concentration in the effluent stable at less than 10 mg/L,with a fluoride ion removal rate of over 77%.The ammonia nitrogen concentration in the effluent was stable at less than 10 mg/L,and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate was over 99%.The fluoride ions and ammonia nitrogen in the effluent can be stably discharged up to the standard.In the actual engineering design,the process selection should be based on the actual needs of the project,comprehensively considering the technical feasibility,economic rationality and engineering applicability,to ensure that the selected process scheme was highly consistent with the characteristics of the project.
