贵州某磷化工企业的清净下水和初期雨水处理采用了“格栅/沉砂+调节+厌氧氨氧化+两级A/O+MBR/(生化沉淀池+除磷沉淀池+高效滤池)”的工艺路线,其出水水质稳定达到《磷肥工业水污染物排放标准》(GB15580-2011)表3标准(其中,TP≤0.2 mg/L)。介绍了工艺流程、主要构筑物的设计参数、运行效果及运行成本。
A phosphorus chemical enterprise in Guizhou has adopted the“bar screens/sand settling+regulation+Anammox+two-stage A/O+MBR/(biochemical sedimentation tank+phosphorus removal sedimentation tank+high-efficiency filter)”process route for the treatment of clean effluent discharge and initial rainwater,the effluent quality consistently meets the standards of the“Phosphate Fertilizer Industry Water Pollutant Discharge Standard”(GB15580-2011),with a total phosphorus(TP)level of≤0.2 mg/L.The process flow,design parameters of main structures,operational effects,and operational costs are introduced.
