摘要 基于微波技术,屹尧科技自主开发了TOPEX+高通量微波萃取仪。该仪器主要由炉腔系统、温度和压力控制系统、转子与萃取罐,控制系统以及影像监测系统5部分组成。最多可以放置27个体积为100 mL的萃取罐,满足大体积和高通量的需求。采用非接触式全罐红外测温技术,可配置三个非接触式红外温度传感器,满足全部27个罐体的温度检测。采用全罐控压技术,实时监控每个反应罐反应过程中的压力变化,超压释放,无须更换耗材。炉门上装有可视窗和视频影像监测系统,仪器运行过程中可实时观察仪器内部工作状态。TOPEX+高通量微波萃取仪主要用于土壤、食品、农产品、消费品、生物样品等样品中有机污染物的提取,为GC,HPLC,GC/MS,LC/MS等仪器的分析提供样品制备。 Based on microwave technology,PreeKem has independently developed the TOPEX+microwave extraction instrument.The instrument consists of five parts,furnace chamber system,temperature and pressure control system,rotor and extraction vessels,control system and image monitoring system.Up to 27 extraction vessels with a volume of 100 mL can be placed to meet the requirements of large volume and high throughput.Using non-contact full-vessel infrared temperature measurement technology,three non-contact infrared temperature sensors can be configured to meet the temperature detection of all 27 vessels.Adopting full vessel pressure control technology,real-time monitoring of pressure changes during the reaction process of each reaction vessel,overpressure release,without the need to replace consumables.The furnace door is equipped with windows and video image monitoring system,which can be observed the internal working state of the instrument in real time during the operation of the instrument.TOPEX+microwave extraction instrument is mainly used for the extraction of organic pollutants in samples such as soil,food,agricultural products,consumer goods and biological samples.It provided sample preparation for the analysis of GC,HPLC,GC/MS,LC/MS and other instruments.
