摘要
由于微波能立即渗入型、芯,促使水分子振荡发热,因此,在480W微波能加热60s条件下,经油溶性有机物改性后的WB21型水溶性有机高分子粘结剂能迅速脱水并发生不可逆化学交联反应,型、芯抗拉强度(粘结剂加入量为3%)可达2MPa左右,高湿度(RH88%)与中低湿度(RH≤64%)环境中的砂芯强度差不超过20%。生产应用结果表明,用这种粘结剂砂有铸件质量好、节约能源等优点。
Because the microwave may penetrate into the mold and core and compel water molecules to generate heat,WB21 water soluble organic binder modified with oil soluble organic additives is dehydrated rapidly and undergoes irreversible cross linking reaction when heating for 1 min.by microwave energy,the tensile strength of sand samples cured by microwave (3% binder based on sand)can reach 2 MPa,under conditions of high humidity (RH=88%) and low humidity(RH≤64%),the strength difference of the core sand doesn′t exceed 20%,this kind of water soluble organic binder sand has been found in practice to produce high quality castings.
