摘要
为应对职业教育“三教”改革对教材建设提出的新要求,提升畜牧兽医专业人才培养与企业岗位需求的契合度。本研究以《养猪岗位工作手册》的开发与应用为研究范本,采用案例分析法,系统阐述其以岗位任务为核心的内容重构策略、产教融合的开发机制及“教学做评一体化”的实施路径,并通过学生实习表现、职业资格证书获取率、企业反馈等指标进行效果评估。结果显示,该教材有效提升了学生的实操能力和岗位适应速度,实习企业满意度显著提高,学生相关职业资格证通过率超90%。以上结果说明,工作手册式教材是推进职业教育教材改革、实现课岗对接的有效途径,具备较高的推广价值。
[Objectives]The alignment between the training of professionals in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine and the job demands of enterprises was enhanced to meet the new requirements for textbook construction in response to the"three education"reform in vocational education.[Methods]The development and application of the"Pig Farming Position Work Manual"was used to systematically explain the strategy for reconstructing contents centered on tasks of job,the mechanism of developing industry-education integration,and the path of implementing the"integration of teaching,learning,doing,and evaluation"with case analysis methodology.The effectiveness of the textbook was evaluated through indexes including the internship performance of students,acquisition rate of professional qualification certificates,and the feedback from enterprises.[Results]The new textbook effectively improved the practical skills and job adaptation speed of students,significantly increased the satisfaction of internship enterprises,and achieved the pass rate of professional qualification certificate of students exceeding 90%.[Conclusions]Handbook style textbook is an effective way to promote the reform of textbook for vocational education and achieve the alignment between courses and job positions,with significant potential for promotion.
