摘要
大学生思想政治教育与辅导员职业发展之间存在着密切的互动关系,从基础理论构建入手,深入剖析两者在高等教育领域的关系属性与互动机理。研究发现,思想政治教育通过理论研究与实践经验与师生互动等途径,对辅导员职业定位与技能提升与发展进程产生重要影响。构建了思政教育与职业发展的互动资源整合模式,探索了教育实践与职业成长的双向动力转化机制,提出了思政育人与职业提升的协同推进方式,完善了教育活动与职业建设的互融互通机制,为推动大学生思想政治教育与辅导员职业发展的良性互动提供了理论支撑。
There is a close interactive relationship between the ideological and political education of college students and the career development of counselors.Starting from the construction of basic theory,the relationship attribute and interactive mechanism of the two in the field of higher education are deeply analyzed.It is found that the ideological and political education has an important influence on the career orientation and skill improvement and development process of counselors through theoretical research and practical experience and the interaction between teachers and students.This paper constructs the ideological education and career development interactive resources integration mode,explores the education practice and professional growth of two-way power transformation mechanism,puts forward the ideological education and professional promotion coordination way,improves the education activities and vocational construction mutual exchange mechanism,to promote college students′ideological and political education and counselor career development of benign interaction provides theoretical support.
