摘要
将德育素质纳入硕士研究生奖学金多元评价体系势在必行。研究生综合素质可细分为德育素质、学术科研及学业成绩三部分,在此基础上设计了德育素质、学术科研考核评定细则,并按照《某理工大学研究生综合成绩计算办法》核定学业成绩。采用线性变换方法将德育素质、学术科研及学业成绩的原始分转换为0~100的标准分,根据评奖评优的重点导向将这三部分成绩赋予相应权重后进行加权求和,得出每位学生的综合素质总分。XX学院以研究生综合素质测评体系为依托,构建了一套多元化研究生奖学金评价体系,推动了研究生德育工作的全面开展。
It is imperative to incorporate moral education into the multiple evaluation system of master′s scholarships.This study assumes that postgraduate comprehensive quality can be divided into three parts,namely,moral quality,academic and scientific research quality,and course grades,on the basis of which the evaluation and assessment rules of moral quality assessment and academic and scientific research ability are designed,and the course grades are approved according to the"Calculation Method of Postgraduate Students′Comprehensive Grades of a Polytechnic University".Finally,the linear transformation technology is used to convert the original scores of moral quality,academic research and course grades into standard scores from 0 to 100,and according to the key orientation of award and merit evaluation,the scores of these three aspects are weighted and summed up accordingly to obtain the total score of each student′s comprehensive quality.XX College builds a series of diversified postgraduate scholarships based on the postgraduate comprehensive quality evaluation system.The evaluation system stimulates the vitality of postgraduate education and promotes the in-depth development of postgraduate moral education in a comprehensive way.
