摘要
Neurodegenerative diseases affect millions of people worldwide,with Alzheimer’s disease(AD)being the leading cause of dementia.It is estimated that more than 50 million people live with this condition,which is expected to triple by 2050,driven mainly by the aging of the global population(GBD 2019 Dementia Forecasting Collaborators,2022).
