摘要 Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is a non-invasive therapeutic modality that relies on the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)by photosensitizers upon activation with light of specific wavelengths to ablate diseased tissues. In recent years, the clinical potential of PDT has been increasingly recognized due to its broadspectrum activity, low systemic toxicity, and spatiotemporal selectivity across various domains, including oncology, antimicrobial therapy, and neurodegenerative diseases[1-3].
