摘要
本文讲述1966-1977年中国铝工业的发展情况。介绍三线建设的背景,这一时期铝工业若干进展与问题,我国上插自焙槽的研发。通过贵州铝厂和青铜峡铝厂的建设历程,揭示这一时期铝工业项目从筹备、设计、建设及投产的基本情况。国家环境保护政策的提出与实施;三线建设的影响。
This paper discusses the development of China's electrolytic aluminum industry during the period from 1966 to 1977.It introduces the background of the Third Front Construction,highlights several advancements and challenges in the aluminum industry during this period,examines the research and development of vertical stub Soderberg technology in China.By reviewing the construction processes of the Guizhou Aluminum Plant and the Qingtongxia Aluminum Plant,the paper reveals the fundamental aspects of aluminum industry projects during this era,including preparation,design,construction and commissioning.Additionally,it explores the proposal and implementation of national environmental protection policies and analyzes the impacts of the Third Front construction.
