摘要 本文讲述1949-1957年中国铝工业的起步过程。新中国成立初期,国家一穷二白。在“一五”计划时期我国通过苏联援建和自主研发,初步建立起完整的铝工业体系,以及国家有色金属工业(铝工业)管理体制。根据建国前我国铝工业基本情况,选择在东北地区率先发展电解铝工业。新中国第一家电解铝厂抚顺铝厂一期工程属于改扩建项目,利用原有厂地建设1.5万吨产能。本文详细介绍中国第一代电解槽45 kA侧插自焙槽主要工艺参数与建设方案,并介绍新中国第一家国有设计单位沈阳铝镁设计院的发展历程。 This paper describes the inception of China's aluminum industry from 1949 to 1957.In the early years of the People's Republic of China,the nation started from a state of poverty and scarcity.During the period of"the First Five-Year Plan",China preliminarily established a complete aluminum industrial system and a management framework for the non-ferrous metals industry(the aluminum sector)through Soviet-aided projects and independent research and development.Based on the basic situation of China's pre-liberation aluminum industry,the Northeast region was selected for the initial development of the electrolytic aluminum industry.The first-phase project of the Fushun Aluminum Plant,New China's first electrolytic aluminum plant,was an expansion/renovation project,constructing a production capacity of 15000 tons utilizing the existing factory site.This paper details the main process parameters and construction plans of China's first-generation 45 kA side-inserted self-baked electrolytic cells and also outlines the development history of Shenyang Aluminum&Magnesium Engineering&Research Institute,New China's first state-owned design institute.
