文章介绍了APM300R车辆的总体技术方案,包括其技术参数、应用环境及主要车载子系统等,并对关键参数与APM300、APM100车辆进行了对比。APM300R是基于APM100、APM300车辆的升级版,编组可根据用户需求进行定制,可采用1~6辆的固定或灵活编组模式。其设计最高运行速度为60 km/h,构造速度为65 km/h,自动化运行等级为GOA4。APM300R车型的设计旨在兼容APM100的既有运行线路和供电环境,同时升级换代车辆各子系统。相较于APM100和APM300车辆,APM300R车辆牵引制动性能显著提高,铝合金车体更加轻量化,列车控制管理系统冗余度更高,健康管理系统更方便故障诊断和分析,吸入式烟雾探测系统误报率更低,乘客信息系统实现了数字化,选配雾化玻璃等,通过这些智能化、现代化措施完成了APM300R的总体设计。该车辆已成功应用于丹佛、亚特兰大、坦帕、北京首都机场、吉隆坡等国际机场以及新加坡武吉班让轻轨线等项目,市场潜力巨大。
This paper presents the overall technical design of the APM300R vehicle,covering its technical parameters,operational environment,and main onboard subsystems,with key parameters compared against the APM300 and APM100 models.As an upgraded version derived from the APM100 and APM300 platforms,the APM300R supports customized train formations ranging from 1 to 6 cars in fixed or flexible configurations.It has a maximum operating speed of 60 km/h,a design speed of 65 km/h,and meets the GOA4 automation level.The APM300R is designed to maintain compatibility with existing APM100 infrastructure and power supply systems while incorporating subsystem upgrades.Compared to the APM100 and APM300,the APM300R features enhanced traction and braking performance,a lighter aluminum alloy carbody,higher redundancy in the train control and management system,a health management system that simplifies fault diagnosis and analysis,an aspirating smoke detection system with a low false alarm rate,a digital passenger information system,and optional switchable privacy glass.These intelligent and modern enhancements collectively define the overall design of the APM300R.The vehicle has been successfully deployed in projects including international airports in Denver,Atlanta,Tampa,Beijing Capital,Kuala Lumpur,and the Bukit Panjang LRT line in Singapore,demonstrating significant market potential.
