摘要
目的观察全麦面碗脐灸技术对气虚血瘀型中风患者便秘的临床疗效。方法选取2022年6月-2025年5月在钦州市中医医院康复医学科的60例气虚血瘀型中风合并便秘的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规综合治疗及护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合全麦面碗脐灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后的中医证候积分、生活质量以及不良反应。结果治疗后,治疗组的中医证候积分小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的生活质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论全麦面碗脐灸技术对气虚血瘀型中风患者便秘具有显著的临床疗效,且安全性较高、不良反应发生率低,为临床治疗提供了新的选择。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of whole wheat congee umbilical moxibustion technique on constipation in patients with of qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total of 60 patients with stroke combined with constipation of qi deficiency and blood stasis were selected from the of Rehabilitation Medicine of Qinzhou City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to May 2025.The patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine comprehensive treatment and nursing,and the treatment group was given whole wheat congee umbilical moxibust treatment on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy between the two groups,and the TCM symptom score,quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the clinical efficacy of the group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion The whole wheat congee umbilical moxibion technique has significant clinical efficacy on constipation in patients with stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis,and it is highly safe with a low incidence of adverse reactions,providing new choice for clinical treatment.
