摘要
基于圆运动理论,凡是造成圆运动不圆的因素皆可诱发中风,主要分为两大方面,一为本气自病,即人体五脏、六气、十二经圆运动不圆,如木不升发、金不凉降、火不宣通、水不封藏、中不运化等,导致四维升降失宜、中土斡旋失机,圆运动中任何一个节点功能的太过、不及、阻滞、虚弱、失位均会造成人体自身六气失常,此为中风根本病机;二为时令异常,六气各司四节,运动一周为一岁,当自然六气失常,诱发人体六气圆运动功能失常或者直中六经,也可导致中风的发生,如大寒至惊蛰,厥阴风木之气太过,木旺克土,土郁不运,可诱发或者直接导致人体肝升、土运的功能异常,诱发中风。在实际的病理过程中,中气失司、肾水不藏、风木不畅、相火不降、肺金不降、心火失能这六个病机可单独存在,也可同时存在,所以在临床治疗中,不应拘泥于单个症状或者证候,应整体把握病机,多环节考虑。
According to the theory of circular motion,any factor disrupting the circular motion within the body can trigger apoplexy.This primarily manifests in two aspects:One is due to internal qi dysfunction:Dysregulation in the circular motion of the five viscera,six climatic qi,or twelve meridians-such as impaired ascent of wood qi,failed descent of metal qi,obstructed diffusion of fire qi,deficient sealing of water qi,or disordered transportation by central earth qi.These disrupt the ascent-descent of the four dimensions and impair the pivotal rotation of the central earth.Excess,deficiency,stagnation,weakness,or displacement at any functional node of the circular motion disturbs the body′s six qi,constituting the fundamental pathogenesis of apoplexy.The other is due to seasonal abnormalities:Natural irregularities in the six climatic qi with each governing a seasonal phase may induce dysfunction in the human body′s circular motion or directly invade the six meridians.For example,excessive wind-wood qi from Great Cold to Awakening of Insects may over-restrict earth qi,causing earth stagnation and impairing liver ascent or earth transportation,thereby triggering apoplexy.In pathology process,six key mechanisms may coexist or manifest individually:Middle qi dysfunction,non-containment of kidney water,stagnation of wind-wood,failure of ministerial fire descent,failure of lung metal descent,and dysfunction of heart fire.Therefore,in clinical practice,treatment should holistically address multiple pathological links rather than isolated symptoms.
