摘要
为了解山东省2024年家畜口蹄疫(FMD)免疫抗体水平和流行情况,评价免疫效果,采用阻断ELISA和荧光RT-PCR方法,对全省16个地市采集的猪、牛、羊等家畜的血清、扁桃体和O-P液等样品分别进行FMD抗体和病原检测。结果显示:全省共计检测FMD免疫抗体样品27.28万份,抗体合格率为95.19%;检测感染抗体样品9.86万份,个体阳性率为1.08%,场群阳性率为2.74%;检测病原学样品4.44万份,未检出核酸阳性。结果表明:山东省家畜FMD免疫效果良好,免疫抗体全年维持在较高水平,全年未检测到病原,发生区域性疫情的风险低,但仍有散发疫情风险,需继续强化风险监测。
In order to identify the level of immune antibody and prevalence of foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)among livestock in Shandong Province in 2024,and to evaluate the effectiveness of immunization,serum,tonsil and oronasal-pharyngeal(O-P)fluid samples were collected from pigs,cattle,sheep and other livestock in 16 prefecturelevel cities of the province to detect antibody and pathogen of the disease,respectively,using blocking ELISA and fluorescent RT-PCR.The results showed that a total of 272800 samples were tested for FMD immune antibody,with a qualification rate of 95.19%;98600 samples were for infection antibody,revealing an individual positive rate of 1.08%and a farm/herd positive rate of 2.74%;and 44400 samples were for pathogen testing,without any nucleic acid positive cases detected.In conclusion,FMD immunization program was effectively implemented in Shandong Province,with high level of immune antibody throughout the year,and low risk of regional outbreak,as no any pathogen had been detected,but there was still possible risk of sporadic outbreak,which should be continuously monitored.
