摘要
2008年以来,外来口蹄疫流行毒株不断侵入,给我国造成巨大危害。分子流行病学研究表明,我国现有的主要流行毒株,如A/Sea-97、O/Mya-98、O/PanAsia和O/Ind-2001等,均系外来毒株。结合全球口蹄疫流行形势和毒株遗传衍化关系推测,这些毒株由东南亚地区传入我国的可能性最大。此外,常年流行于中亚、西亚等国家的O/PanAsia-2、A/Iran-05和Asia1/Sindh-08等毒株,以及在印度等南亚地区流行的A/G VⅡ和Asia1/G VⅢ等毒株传入我国的风险依旧存在。为及时判定外来口蹄疫威胁,做好诊断、免疫等阻断技术储备,本文就外来口蹄疫毒株流行情况和国家口蹄疫参考实验室有关技术储备工作进行总结,以期为我国外来口蹄疫防控提供参考。
Since 2008,foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)strains from foreign countries have been continuously released into China,which has caused great harm to animal husbandry industry.Molecular epidemiological study showed that the main epidemic FMD strains in China,such as A/Sea-97,O/Mya-98,O/PanAsia and O/Ind-2001,were all foreign strains.Based on the global prevalence situation of FMD and phylogenetic analysis,it was speculated that these strains were most likely from Southeast Asia.In addition,the risk of other exotic strains being released into China still exists,such as O/PanAsia-2,A/Iran-05 and Asial/Sindh-08,which are endemic in central and western Asia,and A/G VII and Asial/G VIII,which are prevalent in South Asia such as India.For the purpose of determining the threat of foreign FMD strains and preparing available diagnostic and immunological technologies,the prevalence situation of foreign FMD strains was analyzed,the relevant technical reserve work of the National Foot-and-mouth Disease Reference Laboratory was summarized,hoping to provide reference for prevention and control of exotic FMD in China.
