摘要
目的:探讨三级预防护理模式在腹主动脉瘤介入术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2025年1月于南京医科大学附属南京医院行腹主动脉瘤介入术的80例患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施三级预防护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术后下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。干预后,两组自我护理、生活质量评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.019)。结论:三级预防护理模式在腹主动脉瘤介入术患者中的应用效果良好,可有效缩短患者康复周期,提升其自我护理能力及生活质量,减少术后并发症发生风险。
Objective:To explore the application effect of three-level preventive nursing model in patients undergoing interventional surgery for abdominal aortic aneurysm.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent the interventional surgery for abdominal aortic aneurysm at Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received three-level preventive nursing model on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The postoperative ambulation time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001).After intervention,the self-care and quality of life cores in the two groups increased(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.019).Conclusion:The three-level preventive nursing model has a good application effect in patients undergoing interventional surgery for abdominal aortic aneurysm,and can effectively shorten the rehabilitation cycle of patients,improve their self-care ability and quality of life,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
