摘要
本文在“一带一路”倡议背景下,以北京建筑大学为例,探讨建筑类专业国际化人才的培养策略。通过分析该校发起成立的“一带一路”建筑类大学国际联盟及其国际合作平台与项目,总结其在拓展教育开放格局、构建多层次国际化人才培养体系方面的实践经验。研究表明,通过搭建多边合作平台、实施“引进来”与“走出去”双向战略、推进产学研深度融合等策略,能够有效提升建筑类人才的国际竞争力与全球胜任力。本研究可为同类院校开展国际化人才培养提供参考,助力“一带一路”建设高质量发展。
Against the backdrop of the Belt and Road Initiative,this paper takes Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture as an example to explore the training strategies for international talents in architecture-related majors.By analyzing the International Alliance of Architectural Universities under the Belt and Road Initiative,established by the university—and its international cooperation platforms and projects,the study summarizes practical experience in expanding the pattern of educational openness and constructing a multi-level international talent development system.The research indicates that building multilateral cooperation platforms,pursuing the two-way strategy of"bringing in and going global,"and promoting deep industry-academia-research integration can effectively enhance the international competitiveness and global competence of architectural talents.This study provides a reference for peer institutions in cultivating international talents and contributes to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
