摘要
目的分析护理学生学业倦怠的潜在剖面类别及其与自我能力否定倾向的关系。方法运用大学生学业倦怠量表及自我能力否定倾向量表对甘肃省2所高等院校和3家三级甲等综合医院的388名护理学生进行调查。采用潜在剖面分析,探讨护理学生学业倦怠的潜在类别。结果护理学生自我能力否定倾向总分为(57.79±11.88)分,学业倦怠总分为(59.75±10.10)分,学业倦怠与自我能力否定倾向呈正相关(r=0.626,P<0.01)。分析学业倦怠存在3个潜在类别,分别为积极组(16.5%)、负荷组(50.3%)、倦怠组(33.2%);3个潜在类别在自我能力否定倾向各维度上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论护理学生普遍存在自我能力否定倾向和学业倦怠,且学业倦怠水平较高,存在3个潜在类别,人数以负荷组占比最高。在未来护理教育中,对于护理学生的学业倦怠情况,应根据其所属类别实施有效的干预措施,促进护理教育高质量发展。
Objective To analyze the latent profile categories of nursing students'academic burnout and their relationship with self-competence denial tendency.Methods A total of 388 nursing students from 2 institutions of higher education and 3 Grade A tertiary hospitals in Gansu Province were investigated by the Collegians Learning Burnout Scale and the Clance Impostor phenomenon Scale.Latent profile analysis was adopted to explore the latent categories of nursing students'learning burnout.Results The total score of nursing students'impostor phenomenon was(57.79±11.88)score,and the total score of learning burnout was(59.75±10.10)score.There was a positive correlation between learning burnout and impostor phenomenon(r=0.626,P<0.01).The latent profile analysis showed that learning burnout could be divided into 3 latent categories:the positive group(16.5%),the overload group(50.3%)and the burnout group(33.2%).There were statistical significance in differences of all dimensions of impostor phenomenon among the 3 latent categories(P<0.001).Conclusion Nursing students generally have impostor phenomenon and learning burnout,with a relatively high level of learning burnout,which can be classified into 3 latent categories,and the overload group accounts for the largest proportion.In future nursing education,targeted intervention measures should be implemented according to the categories of nursing students'learning burnout to promote the high-quality development of nursing education.
