新疆某医学院本科实习护生软技能水平现状和影响因素分析

Status of Undergraduate Nursing Interns'Soft Skills and Analysis of Influencing Factors in a Medical College in Xinjiang

摘要 目的了解新疆某医学院实习护生软技能认知情况及培训需求,为制定护生针对性培训方案提供依据。方法以临床护理软技能认知及培训需求问卷为工具,便利抽取98名实习护生展开调查。结果护生软技能各维度得分及总分与常模比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性逐步回归分析显示,父母文化程度、是否担任过班/校干部、政治面貌、入学前选择护理专业意愿是本科实习护生软技能水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论新疆地区实习护生的软技能认知与应用水平亟待提升,建议护理教育者关注护生个体差异,优化临床实习环境,构建院校-医院协同育人机制;建立“院校-医院-护生”三位一体的协同培养体系,探索实现理论教学、临床实践与职业发展的有机衔接。 Objective To learn the cognitive status of soft skills and training needs among nursing interns in a medical college in Xinjiang,and to provide a basis for formulating targeted training programs for nursing students.Methods A total of 98 nursing interns were conveniently selected and surveyed by questionnaire on cognition and training needs of clinical nursing soft skills.Results The differences between nursing interns'scores in all dimensions of soft skills and total score compared with the norm score has statistic significance(P<0.05).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the educational level of parents,whether experience as a class/school cadre or not,political status,and willingness to choose nursing major before entering the school were influencing factors of undergraduate nursing interns'soft skills level(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive and application levels of nursing interns'soft skills in Xinjiang urgently need to be improved.It is suggested that nursing educators pay attention to nursing students'individual differences,optimize the clinical internship environment,and construct a college-hospital collaborative education mechanism,establish a"college-hospital-nursing student"trinity collaborative training system,and explore the organic connection between theoretical teaching,clinical practice and career development.
