摘要
贝雷梁组合支架作为现浇箱梁施工中的关键临时支撑体系,鉴于桥位环境的复杂性及现有安全监测技术的局限性,导致其安全事故风险频发。因此,针对支架体系实施有效的安全监测与预警机制显得尤为重要。文中融合建筑信息模型(BIM)技术与MIDAS CIVIL有限元分析软件,结合计算机视觉监测技术,实现了图像识别、处理及定位功能。通过物联网(IoT)技术的应用,能够实时在线采集并分析支架的应力应变及变形数据,进而实现对支架临时结构的动态安全评估与即时预警。通过项目应用,该技术在实时性、安全性和便捷性方面表现出良好的性能,其应用成果可提升管理人员对支架结构健康状况的实时监控能力,为施工安全的全面保障提供技术支撑。
As a key temporary support system in the construction of cast-in-place box beams,the Beirebe beam combination bracket has caused frequent safety accident risks due to the complexity of the bridge location environment and the limitations of existing safety monitoring technology.Therefore,it is particularly important to implement effective safety monitoring and early warning mechanisms for the stent system.This study combines Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology with MIDAS CIVIL finite element analysis software,and combines computer vision monitoring technology to realize image recognition,processing and positioning functions.Through the application of Internet of Things(IoT)technology,the stress and strain and deformation data of the stent can be collected and analyzed in real time online,thereby realizing dynamic safety assessment and immediate early warning of the temporary structure of the stent.Through project application,this technology has shown good performance in real-time,safety and convenience.The results can improve managers’real-time monitoring of the health status of the bracket structure and provide technical support for comprehensive guarantee of construction safety.
