摘要
目的评估低氧混合气吸入法缺氧习服训练对航空兵部队高原驻训期间急性高原反应的防护效果。方法采用低氧混合气缺氧耐力检查与训练系统,制备氧浓度约为14.2%的低氧气体,模拟海拔3400 m缺氧环境,开展为期1周、每日1 h的缺氧习服训练。通过监测生理指标(血氧饱和度、心率)并结合急性高原反应症状问卷调查,评估习服训练的防护效果。结果习服训练可显著提升急性缺氧暴露人员的血氧饱和度,并适度减缓缺氧引起的心率增加。同时,训练显著降低了高原驻训期间急性高原反应的发生率,经7 d训练后,急性高原反应发生率下降92.6%。急性高原反应发生率与训练天数呈强负相关,二者关系可用对数回归方程进行拟合。结论缺氧习服训练能有效维护高原驻训人员的生理机能,有助于提升驻训部队的训练与作战能力。
Objective To evaluate the protective effect of hypoxic gas inhalation acclimatization training against acute mountain sickness(AMS)in aviation troops during high-altitude deployment.Methods Using a hypoxic gas tolerance testing and training system,a hypoxic gas mixture with an oxygen concentration of 14.2%was prepared to simulate a hypoxic environment at 3400 m above sea level.A one-week hypoxic acclimatization training regimen was conducted,consisting of 1-hour sessions daily.The protective effect was assessed by monitoring physiological indicators(blood oxygen saturation,heart rate)combined with a questionnaire survey on AMS symptoms.Results The acclimatization training significantly increased blood oxygen saturation and moderately attenuated the hypoxia-induced elevation in heart rate among personnel exposed to acute hypoxia.Furthermore,the training markedly reduced the incidence of AMS during high-altitude deployment.After 7 d of training,the AMS incidence decreased by 92.6%.A strong negative correlation was observed between the AMS incidence and the number of training days,which was well fitted by a logarithmic regression equation.Conclusion Hypoxic acclimatization training can effectively safeguard the physiological functions of personnel during high-altitude deployment and contributes to enhancing the training and operational capabilities of the deployed troops.
