摘要
目的探讨空降兵某部空运急进高原作训前后血常规、血生化相关指标的变化情况,为空降兵高原驻训的卫勤保障工作提供依据。方法选取空运急进高原作训的空降兵134人,分别于急进高原前一周和急进高原后第一周末采集外周静脉血,行血常规、肝肾功等检验并与急进高原前做对照分析。结果官兵进驻高原后外周血白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)、红细胞(red blood cell,RBC)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,HGB)、血小板(platelet,PLT)、血肌酐(creatinine,Cre)值较进高原前均升高(P<0.05),天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)/Cre比值较上高原前均下降(P<0.05),丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、BUN值较上高原前无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论官兵急进高原的第一周,血常规WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT较进高原前明显增高,肝功能未受明显影响,存在肾功能损害效应,这对于及时判断官兵机体机能变化有重要的指导意义。
Objective To explore the changes of blood routine and blood biochemistry indexes of paratroopers before and after being airlifted into plateau,to provide reference for the health service support of paratroopers on the plateau.Methods The peripheral blood of 134 paratroopers who were airtransported to plateau were collected one week before and the first weekend after the plateau,the blood routine and blood biochemistry indexes were dectected and compared with before being airlifted into plateau.Results The levels of white blood cells(WBC),red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin(HGB),blood platelet(PLT)and creatinine(Cre)of paratroopers after being airlifted into the plateau were significantly higher than those before being airlifted into plateau(P<0.05).The levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and value of blood urea nitrogen(BUN)/Cre of paratroopers after being airlifted into the plateau were significantly decreased than those before being airlifted into plateau.Conclusion During the first week after plateau,the paratroopers’WBC,RBC,HGB and PLT levels are significantly increased than those before airlifting into plateau,and the renal function has partly injured,which has great significance to evaluate the physical function of paratroopers.
