高职学前教育专业公费师范生乡村教育情怀内涵特征、结构与培养路径

The Connotation,Structure and Cultivation Path of Rural Education Sentiment of Tuition-free Normal Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 本研究聚焦高职学前教育专业公费师范生“乡村教育情怀”的内涵特征、结构模型与培养路径。在乡村振兴战略背景下,针对乡村学前教育师资短缺、公费师范生职业认同不足等问题,研究系统阐释乡村教育情怀的三大核心内涵:教育信仰、职业承诺及文化责任,并构建以“情感认同—价值认知—实践能力”为三维度的结构模型。基于此,提出四维培养路径:重构课程体系、改革实践模式、创新文化育人机制及完善制度保障。研究旨在通过“情感奠基—认知驱动—实践转化”的动态培育机制,强化公费师范生服务乡村的内生动力,为破解乡村师资困境、推动教育公平与乡村振兴提供理论支撑与实践方案。 This study centers on the connotation,structural model,and cultivation pathways of“rural education sentiment”among tuition-free normal students majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges.Against the backdrop of the rural revitalization strategy,and addressing issues such as the shortage of preschool teachers in rural areas and insufficient professional identity among tuition-free normal students,the research systematically elucidates the three core connotations of rural education sentiment:educational belief,professional commitment,and cultural responsibility.It constructs a structural model with three dimensions:emotional identification,value cognition,and practical ability.Based on this,a four-dimensional cultivation pathway is proposed:restructuring the curriculum system,reforming the practical model,innovating the cultural education mechanism,and improving institutional guarantees.The research aims to strengthen the intrinsic motivation of tuition-free normal students to serve rural areas through a dynamic cultivation mechanism of“emotional foundation—cognitive drive—practical transformation”,providing theoretical support and practical solutions for resolving the predicament of rural teachers,promoting educational equity,and driving rural revitalization.
