教育科技人才一体化改革背景下我国省级高等研究院的发展现状和未来方向研究

摘要教育科技人才一体化改革既存在历史逻辑也存在现实逻辑,但其根本逻辑在于培养创新型人才。省级高等研究院作为我国为了实现教育科技人才一体化而在实践中创造出来的全新组织,是实现教育科技人才一体化的关键措施。其通过项目培养创新型人才。项目式培养方式使省级高等研究院比创业型大学更有利于培养创新型人才,有助于缓解我国相对缺乏创新型人才的根本问题。省级高等研究院的定性和未来发展方向是集团大学。集团大学是通过类比方法从军队里面的集团军受到启发而提出的,并且通过分析大学发展的历史、总结大学发展的规律而得到论证的概念。集团大学包括省级和国家级两个级别,预计未来集团大学内将在全国乃至全球范围内得到普及,集团大学将成为我国为世界教育和科技发展作出的制度性贡献。 The integration reform of education,technology and talent has both historical and practical logic,but the fundamental logic is to cultivate innovative talents.Provincial institute for advanced studies is a new organization created in practice in China to achieve the integration of education,technology,and talent.Provincial institute for advanced studies is a key measure to achieve the integration of education,technology,and talent,due to its unique way of cultivating innovative talents,namely project-based training.The project-based training approach makes provincial institute for advanced studies more conducive to cultivating innovative talents than entrepreneurial universities,solving the real root cause of China's lack of innovative talents.The basic nature and future development direction of provincial institute for advanced studies is group university.The concept of a"group university"was inspired by the analogy of military group armies and has been substantiated through the analysis of the historical development of universities and the summarization of their growth patterns.Group universities encompass both provincial and national levels,and it is anticipated that they will become widespread across the country and even globally in the future.The group university will become a systemic contribution of China to the advancement of global education and science and technology.
