摘要
[目的]探究不同基质配比及外源激素处理对马大杂交相思扦插生根及幼苗生长的影响,以期为该树种高效扦插育苗体系的建立提供依据。[方法]采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交设计,比较不同质量浓度(100、200、400 mg·L^(-1))吲哚丁酸(IBA)和萘乙酸(NAA),以及浸泡时间(10、30、60 min)对马大杂交相思扦插生根、苗高和地径的影响;并探讨不同穗条类型(嫩枝、硬枝)及基质(黄心土、蛭石、珍珠岩)配比对其扦插生根的影响。[结果]3个因素对马大杂交相思扦插生根率影响的主次顺序为:IBA质量浓度>浸泡时间>NAA质量浓度,T2处理(100 mg·L^(-1)IBA+200 mg·L^(-1)NAA,浸泡30 min)为最优组合,生根率达73.33%;扦插1 a后,T2处理扦插苗的苗高和地径均最大,且与清水(CK)差异显著;各无性系嫩枝作为插穗的生根率显著优于硬枝,且5号无性系嫩枝的生根率最高;V黄心土∶V蛭石∶V珍珠岩=1∶1∶1基质配比的生根效果最佳,生根率达71.11%。[结论]以5号无性系嫩枝为穗条,经100 mg·L^(-1)IBA与200 mg·L^(-1)NAA混合浸泡30 min后,扦插于V黄心土∶V蛭石∶V珍珠岩=1∶1∶1的基质中,可显著提高马大杂交相思的生根率和苗木质量。
[Purpose]This study explored the effects of different substrate combinations and exogenous phytohormone treatments on the rooting and seedling growth of Acacia mangium×A.auriculiformis hybrid cuttings,aiming to provide a basis for establishing an efficient cutting seedling-raising system for this tree species.[Method]An L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal design was adopted to compare the effects of different concentrations(100,200,and 400 mg·L^(-1))of 3-indolebutyric acid(IBA)and 1-naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA);rooting and soaking time(10,30,and 60 min)on the rooting rate,seedling height,and ground diameter of A.mangium×A.auriculiformis hybrid cuttings.Moreover,the effects of different types of cuttings(tender branches and semi-woody branches)as well as different substrate combinations(yellow soil,vermiculite,and perlite)on the rooting rate of A.mangium×A.auriculiformis hybrid cuttings were explored.[Result]The effects of the three factors affecting the rooting rate of A.mangium×A.auriculiformis hybrid cuttings followed the trend of IBA concentration>soaking time>NAA concentration.The optimal treatment combination was T 2(100 mg·L^(-1)IBA+200 mg·L^(-1)NAA,soaking for 30 min),which showed the rooting rate of 73.33%.After one year of growth,T 2 treatment demonstrated the highest seedling height and ground diameter,with significant differences compared with CK.Tender branches as cuttings were significantly better than semi-woody branches,and the rooting rate of tender branches in clone 5 was the highest.The optimal yellow soil∶vermiculite∶perlite volume ratio was 1∶1∶1,under which the rooting rate reached 71.11%.[Conclusion]Soaking the tender branches of clone 5 in a mixture of 100 mg·L^(-1)IBA and 200 mg·L^(-1)NAA for 30 min and then raising the cuttings in a substrate composed of yellow soil∶vermiculite∶perlite volume ratio was 1∶1∶1 can significantly improve the rooting rate and seedling quality of A.mangium×A.auriculiformis hybrid cuttings.
