扦插密度对杉木优良无性系扦插苗生长的影响 被引量:15

Effect of planting density on the growth of cutting seedlings of a superior Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata) clone

摘要 对不同扦插密度下1年生杉木优良无性系‘061’的生根率、苗高、地径、生物量净生长量、苗木质量指数和根系形态指标进行比较分析,探讨扦插苗的密度效应变化规律。结果表明:(1)扦插密度对杉木优良无性系‘061’生根率影响不显著。(2)随着扦插密度的减小,杉木优良无性系‘061’的苗高、地径、生物量净生长量均逐渐增大,且苗木质量指数显著提高,以低密度处理(株行距10 cm×12 cm)最大。(3)根系形态分析表明,与高密度处理(株行距6 cm×8 cm)相比,低密度处理可显著促进根系生长,其中总根长、总根表面积、总根体积分别是高密度处理的1.49、1.36和1.65倍。因此,杉木优良无性系‘061’的扦插密度以株行距10 cm×12 cm较为合适。 The rooting rate,the net growth of seedling height,ground diameter,net biomass,seedling quality index and root morphological index of one-year-old cutting seedlings from a superior Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata)clone under different planting density were compared to investigate the effect of planting density on the growth of the cutting seedlings.The results showed that:(1)Different planting densities had no significant effect on the rooting rate of the cutting seedlings.(2)With the decrease of planting density,the net growth of seedling height,ground diameter,and biomass of the cutting seedlings increased gradually.The seedling quality index increased significantly under low planting density at(10cm×12cm)spacing.(3)Root morphology analysis showed that the low planting density significantly promoted the root growth compared with the high planting density at(6cm×8cm)spacing.The total root length,total root surface area,and total root volume were1.49,1.36and1.65times higher than those of cutting seedlings under high planting density,respectively.Therefore,the planting density at(10cm×12cm)was the most suitable for the growth of cutting seedlings from the superior Chinese fir clone‘061’.
