医养机构护理员数字素养现状及其影响因素

Status and Influencing Factors of Caregivers′Digital Literacy in Medical Elderly Care Institutions

摘要 目的 调查医养机构护理员数字素养现状及其影响因素。方法 采用自编的问卷于2024年12月至2025年3月对南昌、广州和深圳6家医养机构的202名护理员进行调查,采用多元有序Logistic回归分析。结果 医养机构护理员数字素养的影响因素为年龄、工作年限、医养机构规模、医养机构是否组织数字素养相关培训、数字素养相关培训参加频率、数字素养相关培训满意度、加强数字素养相关培训的必要性(P<0.05)。结论 护理员数字素养处于中等偏上水平,应针对此现状及影响因素积极开展数字素养培训工作,为医养服务数字化转型提供参考。 Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of caregivers′digital literacy in medical-elderly care institutions.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a survey among 202 caregivers from 6 medical elderly care institutions in Nanchang,Guangzhou and Shenzhen from December 2024 to March 2025.Multiple ordinal Logistic regression analysis was applied for data analysis.Results The influencing factors of caregivers′digital literacy in medical elderly care institutions included age,working years,scale of the medical elderly care institution,whether the institution organized digital literacy related training or not,frequency of participating in digital literacy-related training,satisfaction with digital literacy-related training,and the necessity of strengthening digital literacy-related training(P<0.05).Conclusion The caregivers′digital literacy is at an upper-middle level.In view of the status and influencing factors,digital literacy training should be actively carried out to provide reference for the digital transformation of medical-elderly care services.
